Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Notices

NORES R&R, Section 5.8: The use of "Multiple Listing Service" or "MLS" in the name of our firm, our email addresses, or our website addresses/URLs, is not meant to in any way represent, suggest, or imply (1) that we are a Multiple Listing Service, (2) that we own or operate a Multiple Listing Service, (3) that you have the right to access or search the Multiple Listing Service, or (4) that if you list your property on the Multiple Listing Service using our services, you may avoid paying a REALTOR® compensation should a REALTOR® show your property to a buyer that purchases your property.
The Multiple Listing Service ("MLS"), and the accumulation and dissemination of information relating to properties for sale and which have been sold and all other information contributed to the MLS databases is owned and copyrighted by Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services, Inc. ("NORES"). The use, contribution, or dissemination of any MLS information is subject to Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of NORES as may be changed, amended or modified from time to time.
NORES R&R, Section 11.2: Feel free to share any comments or concerns about the accuracy of any data or information that is added beyond that supplied by the MLS and that relates to a specific property displayed on the site. We shall not be obligated to remove or correct any data or information that simply reflects good faith opinion, advice, or professional judgment.
NORES R&R, Section 11.4: The use of search facilities of data on the site, other than by potential buyers and sellers is prohibited.
The NORES MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) information is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
The data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS.
